Jack Luber is the President and CEO of Coastal Carolina Home Watch, which operates in the Myrtle Beach and Charleston areas of South Carolina. Before moving permanently from the New Jersey Shore, Jack purchased a condo in the Myrtle Beach area, only to discover an obvious need for someone to look out for his best interests in his absence.
Jack's entrepreneurial spirit and marketing background were the impetus for starting the only Home Watch business in the Myrtle Beach area in 2005. In 2012, Jack opened his second location in the Greater Charleston Area. Since its inception, Coastal Carolina Home Watch has grown to become a thriving, multi-faceted business.
One of Jack's great passions is performing onstage. He has appeared in numerous stage productions in the Myrtle Beach area. Previously, Jack had appeared in many stage productions while living in the New York area. His other pastime is golf. Jack is an ardent supporter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, the American Cancer Society, and First Tee. He sits on the executive board of the Children's Recovery Center of Horry and Georgetown Counties, an organization that provides forensic examinations to physically abused children. He also supports many local charities.

Daniel Kruger
President - Las Vegas Home Watchers
Las Vegas, NV
Daniel "Dan" Kruger is President of Las Vegas Home Watchers Inc. in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dan began Las Vegas Home Watchers in 2008 with a positive, customer-focused, can-do attitude that has led this family business to quickly become the premier Home Watch service in the Las Vegas Valley. Dan is a Nebraska native and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He began his professional career in the education field. After three years in education, he joined the corporate world, and over the next 34 years took on increasingly responsible executive positions in the consumer products, high technology, and healthcare fields. During that time, he honed his strong management, customer service and project management skills.
Married for over 40 years, Dan and his wife, Ginni, have three children and one grandchild.
Dan is an avid Braves baseball fan. He has been involved in a variety of community service positions throughout his career. In his spare time, Dan can be found listening to or watching a Braves game. He also has a passion for travel and has been in all fifty states and on five of the seven continents.

Beth Robinson
Owner & Manager - Peninsula Home Watch, LLC

Beth Robinson, owner of Peninsula Home Watch, LLC of Monterey County, California, has been a real estate agent since 1983 and a Broker Associate since 2000. From 1975 to 1986, she worked as a building contractor, building “spec” houses, from cottage remodels to multi-million-dollar estates. Beth has sold and listed luxury properties throughout Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. She is a graduate of San Jose State University, with a degree in Asian Culture. She is currently a Broker Associate with Sotheby’s International Realty, but is devoting more and more of her time to the Home Watch business.
Beth has a unique ability to exceed the expectations of her clients time and time again, through a tenacious approach to meeting the needs of her clients, from weekly Home Watch visits to concierge services, ranging from securing the finest caviar to arranging parties and for personnel for seasonal homeowners.
Beth has traveled extensively throughout the world and is comfortable in whatever social situation presents itself. This unique ability, coupled with knowledge of Carmel, Pebble Beach, Carmel Highlands, Carmel Valley, Pacific Grove and Monterey make her the very best choice when looking for a Home Watch provider. Beth volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, Friends of the Library (Langley, WA; former board member of the Carmel Public Library Foundation; board member of Friends and Foundations of California Libraries), Mozart Society, and Sunset Center.

Jon Clark

Jon brings a deep and diverse commercial and residential construction background to Nauset Management, a home watch and property management company that began in 1998 as a favor to a home improvement customer. Born and raised on Cape Cod, Jon is truly dialed in to the evolving needs of part time home owners.
Having established his base in a highly concentrated area, Jon's passion for the home watch business has recently found him lending his time and insight to several fellow statesmen, and a woman, looking to start a home watch business. As a top ten international destination, Cape Cod is also becoming a hot destination for home watch businesses. With some of the nation's stronger watch regulations, Jon is very proactive in the pursuit of business and home-owner's insurance reform in Massachusetts.
Like many full time residents of Cape Cod, Jon rarely seems to find his way to the beach but does enjoy spending his downtime with his wife Jennifer and daughter Chloe.

Stacey Bailey

Stacey Bailey hails from Pinehurst, NC. A business major at Belmont Abbey College in Belmont NC, Stacey brings her experience in background checks, stated verifications and insurance to the NHWA. A huge "Tarheel" fan, Stacey makes her home in Surfside Beach, SC where she is able to enjoy her other passion, the beach.
