1-Stop Home Watch Service of Naples, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fourth year.
Owners David and Marilyn Ling moved to Naples in 2013. Since 70% of their community is comprised of seasonal residents, they have seen first-hand the problems their friends experienced by relying on (untrained) neighbors to watch their homes during the summer months. This inspired David and Marilyn to start their family business, which provides professional Home Watch services. Their daughter, Allison Walters, has joined the company as an owner.
David and Marilyn wanted to perform their services with integrity and felt they could do that by joining the NHWA. David has earned the Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) designation and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp. Allison has earned the CHWP designation as well, and David and Marilyn’s granddaughter, Ashley Rose Franks, is also part of the business now; she, too, has graduated from Home Watch Boot Camp and earned the CHWP designation. This training has put them all into the category of elite providers in the Home Watch industry. The CHWP designations and Home Watch Boot Camp training show the family’s commitment to providing excellent service to their clients.
