1-Stop Home Watch Services of Naples, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owners David and Marilyn Ling moved to Naples in 2013. Since 70% of their community is comprised of seasonal residents, they have seen first-hand the problems their friends experienced by relying on neighbors to watch their homes during the summer months. This inspired David and Marilyn to start their family business, which provides professional Home Watch services.
David and Marilyn wanted to perform their services with integrity and felt they could do that by joining the NHWA. David has earned the NHWA’s Certified Home Watch Professional designation and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp.
1-Stop Home Watch Services performs Home Watch, provides concierge services, and coordinates maintenance and service of residential properties.
