1st Call Home Watch of Palm Harbor, FL, earns accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director

Greetings!

1st Call Home Watch of Palm Harbor, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Founder and Owner Bryan Smith grew up in Georgia and earned his bachelor’s degree at Georgia State University in Computer Information Systems. He first worked with databases. Later, he found himself working in the quality assurance field. While there, Bryan learned that hard work and attention to detail are some of the most important keys to success. He brings that same conscientious, diligent work ethic with him to the Home Watch industry.

Bryan has experience in buying, selling, and renovating real estate. He also managed rental properties, condo associations, and homeowners associations. With his years of experience, Bryan has seen, managed and prevented many homeowner disasters.

Over the last 10+ years of living in the Tampa Bay region, Bryan became quite familiar with the area’s part-time residents and recognized the challenges they face in caring for their homes while they are away. Being a snowbird really sounds like the best of both worlds; who could argue, Brian asks, with living in Florida during the winter months and heading back up North for the summer? He saw the need for a professional, quality-driven Home Watch company in the Tampa Bay area.

Bryan has earned the designation of NHWA Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show his commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.

Bryan, his wife, and two children love the active lifestyle and beautiful, year-round weather the Tampa Bay region has to offer.
