Home Watch Service Plus of Fernandina Beach, Florida, has earned NHWA accreditation for the fourth consecutive year.
After spending years in the corporate world managing 30 different brands, and also spending time in the construction management industry, owner Dave Carter founded Home Watch Service Plus in 2012. He developed a franchise-able business plan to deal with property management, mortgage companies, and homeowners alike. HWS Plus offers a wide variety of services aside from Home Watch, such as maintenance and lawn and landscaping.
Dave is married to his lovely wife and co-owner, Jeri. They reside in Fernandina Beach.
