Elite Home Watch Plus of SWFL of Fort Myers, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status in the NHWA for the third consecutive year.
Owner Scott Van Vliet has lived in Southwest Florida for over 40 years and has over 30 years of extensive maintenance experience, including local hospitals and a retirement center. He is also a Certified Air Conditioning Contractor (HVAC). This experience gave him the skill sets and trained eye necessary to provide quality Home Watch services.
Owner Annette Van Vliet has extensive real estate experience, including property management, rental management, investment specialist and Broker, which has given her the knowledge and experience needed to maintain a successful Home Watch business as well as to effectively communicate with clients to care for and oversee their investments.
