Colorado River Home Watch of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, has earned Accredited Member status in the National Home Watch Association.
Owner Marie Johnson moved to Lake Havasu City in the fall of 2015, after three years of being a “snowbird,” and opened Colorado River Home Watch in March of 2016. She knows what it’s like to return to a house and spend the next several days cleaning and making repairs.
Marie was a police officer in Minnesota for 17 years, achieving the rank of Detective. She has a Master’s degree in Police Leadership, Administration and Education. After leaving law enforcement, Marie formed Marie’s Maintenance to provide interior painting services and small repairs for homeowners. She believes in honesty, in working hard, and in helping people.
