Greetings and salutations!
Allied Home Watch of Estero, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status in the NHWA for the second consecutive year.
Owners Jason & Melissa McGarvey have been on both sides of the Home Watch relationship. Having owned property in Southwest Florida for a decade before making it their home, the utilized Home Watch services and know the feelings that go along with being away from a property that you consider your “piece of paradise.”
Jason comes from the construction industry, with over 16 years’ experience as a construction project manager, which required both new and existing construction knowledge. Jason and Melissa have years of rental property ownership/management experience as well. Combined with their passion for the Southwest Florida area, the Home Watch profession stood out as a great fit.
In their spare time, Jason and Melissa enjoy playing pickleball and spending time at the beach.
We’ve had the pleasure of seeing Melissa and Jason several times now, most recently at the inaugural meeting of the NHWA’s Southwest Florida Chapter earlier this month.
