Homewatch Services Etc. of Bonita Springs, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status in the NHWA for the fifth consecutive year.
Originally from the Midwest, President Carl Lorenzini moved to Bonita Springs in 2001 and has been involved in property management for the past 15 years. He understands the importance of maintaining vacant properties along with the level of trust and responsibility involved when choosing to hire a Home Watch professional. That is why maintaining a high level of service is crucial to him.
This past year has been a year of “client-focused” growth for Carl’s company, thanks to the dedicated service of his three team members (Michael Davis, Robert Polis, and Edward Foutz). Great team members, coupled with the use of GPS home watch industry management software, have provided his clients with the highest level of service and reporting.
Carl is on the NHWA’s Advisory Board and Best Practices Committee. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting him at our Annual North American Conferences and at the inaugural meeting of the Southwest Florida NHWA Chapter in January, which Carl was instrumental in starting.
