A & C Estate Management of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, earns third-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Executive Director

Greetings!

A & C Estate Management of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.

The NHWA has many members who started their businesses while they still lived overseas, as well as Canadians who live in both the U.S. and Canada. This gives our organization a unique insight when dealing with all clients, both international and domestic. A perfect example of this is Anne Schuhler, founder of A & C Estate Management. While Anne was living in France, her job would send her away from home frequently. She worked for Air France for many years, flying to numerous countries, and had to rely on relatives to take care of her property in her absence. Because of this, Home Watch and property management have always been at the center of her life. Anne realized that finding trustworthy people to take care of one’s home is not easy. Too many times, she spent her spare time preparing and fixing the house in anticipation of her next flight. When her life brought her to West Palm Beach after more than 20 years of spending every holiday in Florida, Anne realized how many people struggled to take care of their property.

As Anne transitioned from France to Florida, she had to take care of both of her homes, which further increased her experience in property management. As a result, she decided to start a property management and concierge services company which focuses on meeting the unique needs of each homeowner, with the goal of taking care of her clients’ homes the way she cherishes hers. And her experience qualifies her to do just that.
