Greetings!
A.G. Secure HomeWatch of Barrie and Tottenham, Ontario, Canada, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.
In 2008, owners Carolle Hilton and Sophie Silverman both started working alongside their husbands at A.G. Secure Property Management, Inc. The organization has grown to be one of the largest property management companies in central Ontario, managing over 1,000 single-family and low-density residential properties. This customer-focused business has allowed Carolle and Sophie to gain experience in property management while doing numerous home inspections and knowing what to look for when something goes wrong.
Carolle and Sophie decided to start a service separate from their spouses’ property management company while expanding the A.G. Secure brand. They noticed that there was a demand for Home Watch services in central Ontario for a quite a while, from snowbirds, customers who own a summer cottage, and estates held in escrow. Carolle and Sophie officially incorporated the company in February of 2019 and are very excited to be part of the NHWA. Both Sophie and Carolle have earned the designation of NHWA Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, making them two of the top Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows their commitment to providing excellent service for their clients.
Their accreditation, certification, and experience give customers the peace of mind and confidence to trust in their services while away from home. The connection to their property management company allows Carolle and Sophie to leverage existing relationships with qualified contractors. This includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, general contractors, cleaners, and more.
Both Carolle and Sophie come from customer-service-focused industry backgrounds. Their mission is “Peace of Mind, While You’re Away.”
In her spare time, Sophie enjoys hiking, skijoring and paddle-boarding with her family and Siberian Husky. Carolle volunteers in the community with a focus on children and, most recently, Street Cats Rescue.
