A1A Home Watch and Concierge Services of Hypoluxo, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the second year.
Owners Geoff and Kerry Thornton have over 40 years of experience in providing quality customer care through their successful pool business. Geoff is a state-certified pool contractor and together, along with their three sons, he and Kerry have built and expanded their business to accommodate the needs of their customers.
Attributing their success to good, old-fashioned hard-work ethics, as well as providing professional and exceptional continuity of care, they have established and maintained trust and confidence with their clients over the years.
With so many seasonal homeowners trusting Geoff and Kerry to do additional services for them while away from their “winter home,” the Thorntons soon realized that their business was expanding far beyond the pool industry. Wanting to establish and maintain the highest set of standards and ethics, they researched and educated themselves in the Home Watch profession and in 2017 opened A1A. Geoff and Kerry work with their sons, Sean, Tim, and Connor.
Kerry is also an NHWA Certified Home Watch Professional. I had the pleasure of meeting Kerry and talking Home Watch on my Florida tour in February.
