Acuity Home Watch of Palm City, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the sixth year.

Co-owner Deborah Rieback is originally from New Jersey. She has a degree in Education and is a licensed Florida real estate agent. Deborah has owned a home in Florida for the past 35 years and knows the value and importance of maintaining a home during the summer months. She has lived through several notable Florida hurricanes, including Andrew, one of Florida’s worst storms.

Co-owner Peter Van Alstyne is from Upstate New York and has a degree in Business Administration. In 2005, Peter bought a second home in Hilton Head, South Carolina. He knows the value of having a Home Watch professional take care of a second home. Peter holds a Florida Community Association Manager license.

Deborah and Peter are proud of the fact that Acuity Home Watch is an Accredited Member of the National Home Watch Association. They stress the fact that their company is insured and bonded and that they both have passed a background check and have the training to address concerns that may arise during a homeowner’s absence. Acuity Home Watch is a family owned and operated business, which means they personally care for your home. Their mission is to take care of your home like it is their own. Their motto is, “We Care When You’re Not There.”

Both Deborah and Peter have earned the designation Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, putting them among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designations show Deborah and Peter’s commitment to providing excellent service to their clients.
