Advanced Property Watch of Winona, MN, earns accreditation from the NHWA!
Advanced Property Watch of Winona, Minnesota, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Aaron Perleberg graduated from Winona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and one in Public Administration. He is a seasoned Realtor who has been in and out of many homes and commercial buildings as a professional in the residential and commercial building industry.
Aaron became familiar with Home Watch from real estate clients who have a Home Watch business in Arizona. He thought it would be a great way to offer more services and meet more people by providing Home Watch services for snowbirds in the winter.
Aaron’s love for older homes makes him a great fit to serve on the Heritage Preservation Commission with the City of Winona. He is passionate about preserving the integrity and architectural heritage of homes and buildings.
Aaron is an active member of his community, serving on boards and volunteering his time. In the summer, he can be found riding his Harley and taking in the local art scene. In the winter, he likes to hibernate with a book and a warm beverage.
