David Hernandez
David Hernandez, owner of All Seasons Home Watch of Fort Myers, Florida, has been quietly building his business since 2015. David and I have spoken a few times over the years about his joining our group, so when Carl Lorenzini, our Southwest Florida NHWA Chapter Lead, called to tell me that David wanted to become an Accredited Member, I couldn’t have been happier.
David’s diversified background made him a perfect fit for the Home Watch industry. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Combat Engineer in Okinawa and Camp Lejeune. He has a construction background, including remodeling and painting, as well as experience in condominium maintenance. David also managed the office of an auto body repair shop for over nine years. His body shop experience trained his eyes to look for the slightest paint blemish and irregular gap between body components, honing his quality control and customer service skills. David is also a licensed Florida Home Inspector. He utilizes all those skills to offer exceptional Home Watch services to seasonal residents in Lee County. Under his watchful eye, homeowners can rest easy knowing that his experience makes him an excellent advocate and liaison.
Born in Tampa, David moved further south in 2004 and makes his home in Fort Myers. His wife, Sherry, is from Wisconsin and makes sure David does not take the warm winters for granted! David and Sherry are proud parents of Gavin, who will learn about his dad’s passion for fishing and camping.
