Allied Home Watch of Estero, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status in the NHWA.
Owners Jason & Melissa McGarvey have owned and maintained property in Southwest Florida since 2005. That’s when they first visited the area fell in love with it. Melissa says it “ruined us, but in a good way; we spent the next ten years working our way out of Oregon and into Florida.” Jason and Melissa used a Home Watch company for their own property and loved “that feeling you get when you turn the key and you’re in paradise for a while.”
Jason brings 16 years of project management experience, new and existing construction inspection knowledge, and years of rental property ownership to the table. Melissa’s background is in the insurance field, so they feel providing Home Watch services is right up their alley.
Jason and Melissa enjoy golfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and just about all outdoor activities.
