Jason and Melissa McGarvey have been on both sides of the Home Watch relationship. Hailing from the Great Northwest, they owned property in Southwest Florida for a decade before moving there permanently. They learned from experience just how crucial having a professional Home Watch company was. So, when they moved to Southwest Florida full-time, Jason and Melissa knew what they wanted to do.
Jason comes from the construction industry, with over 16 years’ experience as a construction project manager, which required both new and existing construction knowledge. Both he and Melissa have years of rental property ownership/management experience as well. Combined with their passion for the Southwest Florida area, the Home Watch profession stood out as a great fit. So, they started Allied Home Watch, and immediately joined the NHWA. As a matter of fact, Melissa came to meet me in Estero in January 2016, right after they became members, and we had a great meeting. We have met several times since then. We look forward to seeing Jason next week at the NHWA’s 2019 North American Conference in Fort Myers.
Both Jason and Melissa have earned the designation of NHWA Certified Home Watch Professionals.
In their spare time, Jason and Melissa enjoy golfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and just about all outdoor activities.
It was great to see Jason and Melissa again at our 2019 North American Conference in Fort Myers earlier this month.
Congratulations, Jason and Melissa!
As always, I wish you
