Always There Home Watch of Fort Myers, FL, earns second-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Kim Barselou and Brian Cobo

Greetings!

Always There Home Watch of Fort Myers, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.

Co-owner Kim Barselou is a lifelong resident of Fort Myers. She’s the sixth generation born and raised in Florida. Kim held a project coordinator and administrative position for more than 20 years. Known as “Girl Friday,” she has done whatever was needed to get the job done properly and in a timely manner. For 14 of those 20+ years, she oversaw the maintenance for nine locations of a large medical practice and managed contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and contractors.

Kim has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, making her one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Kim’s commitment to providing excellent service to her clients.

Kim is a proud Army mom. Her son serves in the 82nd Airborne Division and recently came back from deployment in Afghanistan. She also has two granddaughters: a two-year-old and an infant born in March. When not working, Kim enjoys the Florida lifestyle, partaking in any and all outdoor activities. Volunteering and spending time with friends and family are very important to her.

Co-owner Brian Cobo originally hails from Buffalo, New York, but moved to Fort Myers as a young man. He has been in the custom car and truck industry for most of his life. In Brian’s industry, one must have a keen eye for details and good customer service. When he isn’t working on other people’s projects, he can be found working on his own custom projects or enjoying the Florida lifestyle, camping, four-wheeling, or wakeboarding. Brian is also a corrections officer and enjoys volunteering and spending time with friends and family.

Kim and Brian decided to start a Home Watch business after a family member had no one watching their home and had an issue while on vacation. They didn’t think that in two weeks anything bad would happen to their home. Visual inspections will help to protect Kim and Brian’s clients’ investments and give them peace of mind so that they can look forward to their time in Fort Myers.

Always There Home Watch serves Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Alva, and LaBelle, including communities located in Babcock Ranch, Verandah, Buckingham, Gateway, and the Daniels Parkway Corridor. You can reach them at 239-309-5121 or at alwaystherehomewatch@gmail.com. Learn more from their website, at https://alwaystherehomewatch.com.

Congratulations, Kim and Brian!

As always, I wish you

Much success,

Jack Luber
Executive Director
