Anchor Home Watch and Concierge of St. Helena Island, South Carolina, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.
Owners Scott and Felicia Anderson are dedicated to providing the seasonal resident and VRBO guests with the best professional Home Watch and concierge services.
Anchor Home Watch and Concierge combines tech-enabled platform support and best practices provided by the NHWA with practical knowledge and experience from home renovations. Together, Scott and Felicia have owned, managed, and renovated properties valued from $75K to $700K. They have experience working with subcontractors and can monitor home projects, from simple painting to full bath and kitchen remodels.
Scott and Felicia are most recently from Charlotte, North Carolina, and visited Beaufort with their native Beaufort friends. They fell in love with the area and decided to make Dataw Island their permanent home.
Scott attended Clemson University and was a career IT executive. Felicia attended Florida State University and made a career out of managing properties and providing concierge services in Florida and North Carolina.
Scott and Felicia have two children, currently attending college.
