Anderson Home Watch Services of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Terry Anderson is an entrepreneur who brings a diverse set of skills to her business. Having owned and operated several successful businesses and living in the local community herself, Terry offers a highly personalized approach to her clients’ Home Watch needs. Her businesses include an upscale hospitality property featuring lodging, meetings, elegant weddings, and special events. Terry was awarded Super Host status by Airbnb 17 times for her hospitality properties. She was contracted by two asset managers to assess and inspect their properties. Terry began working with these agents following the destruction left behind by Hurricane Florence, as she wanted to help the community by assisting with inspecting homes following the flooding and damage caused by the disaster.
Terry has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, making her one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows her commitment to providing excellent service to her clients.
