Greetings and salutations!
It’s always good when we get to introduce a newly Accredited Member in an often-requested area. So here we go!
A 40-year resident of Winchester, MA, Frank Fantasia brings a very diverse and impressive background to his company, The House Watchers. How diverse and impressive? Frank’s first career began after graduating Boston College, when he enlisted in the US Army as a 2nd Lieutenant. After graduating from the US Army Command and General Staff College, Frank spent the next 30 years in active duty as well as the reserves, specializing in logistics, planning, mobilization and training. He was granted and maintained Top Secret Clearance and retired as a Colonel. He is a veteran of the Vietnam and Desert Shield/Storm eras. And somewhere in there he managed to earn his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Northeastern University.
Frank’s second career took him to the world of high-tech. Along the way, he worked with some top companies where he specialized in customer and sales support, logistics, strategic planning, and more. The last 15 of his 30 years in the industry was spent with EMC Corporation, where he worked in customer support management, partner management, business development and field customer service.
Throughout all of this, Frank has kept an eye on homes for friends and family, gotten his Realtor’s license, and formed The House Watchers. Oh, and he runs in the Boston Marathon and has completed the course 15 times! The last 13 years he ran with Miles for Miracles, a group that raises money for the Boston Children’s Hospital. He is also active in local charities, as well as the Sons of Italy. Just my opinion, but I think Frank should change the name of his company to Super Hero Home Watch….
