Assured Home Watch of Naples, FL, earns accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director

Greetings!

Assured Home Watch of Naples, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Assured Home Watch is a family-owned and operated business that was established to assist local residents with their winter homes. Their goal is to employ many years of experience living through Florida’s unique summer weather to provide the type of service that will create peace of mind for their clients.

Jim Schulze and his family moved to Naples permanently from Iowa in 1991. He’s a graduate of the University of Iowa and served in the U.S. Army. Jim began his Florida nursing career at the local community hospital in 1993, and he is still a nurse today.

D.J. Hogue is a Florida native and has been doing carpentry and other odd jobs for his entire adult life. He excels in numerous handyman tasks. He provides Home Watch inspections to avoid disasters before they happen. D.J. has the experience to identify issues and responds appropriately for his clients.

Both Jim and D.J. are graduates of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and hold the designation of NHWA Certified Home Watch Professional.

I got to meet Jim and D.J. on my Florida tour in February. We’re looking forward to seeing them at the NHWA’s 2019 North American Conference in May.
