Greetings!
Beach Watch Luxury Home Services of Brigantine, New Jersey, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.
Owner Kathleen Siderio was born and raised in Pennsylvania. She started work as the director of operations for her father, a real estate investor and owner of a mortgage company. She then opened her own mortgage company and was the president until the company was sold.
Throughout the years, Kathleen and her husband, Michael, have traveled extensively, buying and renovating properties in St. Croix, St. Thomas, Florida, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. To date, they have renovated and sold over 27 residential properties and have looked after many of their friends’ and family’s second homes for over 20 years. Kathleen has also performed Home Watch in those locations.
After owning second homes in Margate and Brigantine for many years, Kathleen and Michael moved to Brigantine. Kathleen continues to serve the community with her years of experience performing Home Watch services.
Kathleen has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, making her one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows Kathleen’s commitment to providing excellent service to her clients.
Kathleen loves the beach, traveling, scuba diving, and flying with Michael, who is a certified pilot.
