Beach Watch Luxury Home Services of Brigantine, New Jersey, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.

Owner Michael Zerbato has an extensive real estate background, starting with working for his father, Gino. Gino and Michael’s brother, John, were home builders and real estate brokers on the Main Line part of Pennsylvania. Michael started out during his college summer breaks as a laborer, then a framer; and soon after, he earned his real estate license and home inspection certification and began selling and inspecting homes for the company part-time while finishing his education.

During the years that followed, Michael was the VP of a medical equipment leasing company until he and his wife founded First Oaks Mortgage, which they sold in 2007. While still investing in residential real estate in several states and the Caribbean, Michael founded a non-medical senior care agency that still operates as one of the leading health care companies in Pennsylvania.

To date, Michael has renovated and sold over 27 residential properties and has looked after many of his friends’ and family’s second homes for over 12 years. Beach Watch Luxury Home Services is a Home Watch company that has decades of proven experience for those who  require a reliable, affordable Home Watch company for their homes while they are away.

Michael has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, making him one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows his commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.

Michael’s love for the beach started when his mom and dad purchased a beach house in Brigantine in 1969. Crabbing, surf fishing, and spending hours on Brigantine’s beautiful beach has given Michael a lifetime of fond memories that continue to this day.

Michael holds a degree in business, a current FAA pilot’s license with IFR, multi-engine ratings, and a Dive Master certification from PADI.
