Greetings!
B&L HOMEWATCH of Naples, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owners Larry and Bonnie Wilson have been Florida residents since 1992. They are very active in their community, with Larry currently serving as President of their COA, President on the Recreation Association, and on committees for Security, Long Range Planning, and the House Committee for the Master Board. Larry also runs the Saturday Men’s Golf Group. Being year-round residents, Larry and Bonnie have checked a few of their neighbors’ places for years. In their community, about two-thirds of owners are seasonal residents.
After Hurricane Irma, Larry and Bonnie were deluged with calls from other owners in their community, asking if they could check their properties because they were unable to get in touch with their Home Watch companies. Larry and Bonnie had been planning to launch B&L HOMEWATCH during the season; however, because of all the requests, they decided to expedite the launch of their business. There was a real need for another professional Home Watch service in their area, and their accreditation by the NHWA has helped them to get a great start.
Both Larry and Bonnie have years of customer service experience, having owned and operated several successful retail businesses. Bonnie has sales experience in advertising and management experience in retail. Larry has management experience in industrial management and retail management. They are long-time Florida homeowners and are very aware of what can happen to an unoccupied home if anything goes wrong or malfunctions. They are committed to being the professional, reliable Home Watch service that always keeps in touch with their clients’ for their peace of mind.
