Blue Tulip Home Watch of Dallas, TX, earns accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director
Greetings!
Blue Tulip Home Watch of Dallas, TX, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Carol Stine was born and raised in Dallas and has also lived in Minnesota. Because she has been a property owner living out of state, she knows the importance of someone being there to look at your property.
Carol has a varied background of accounting, real estate, and business ownership. Having a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license since 1985, she has owned, managed, and “fixed-up” several investment properties. While living out of state for a few years, Carol owned a non-medical home healthcare agency. She started Blue Tulip Home Watch because she saw the need for Home Watch in her area. Carol’s passion is helping people to have less stress and more peace of mind by doing Home Watch so she can find any problems before they become a nightmare, and then having those problems taken care of.
Carol has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, making her one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Carol’s commitment to providing excellent service to her clients.
Having taken classes with the National Home Builders Association, Carol has been awarded the CAPS designation – Certified Aging In Place Specialist. She has been trained in performing Home Safety Assessments and learned how to make Aging in Place not only enjoyable but safe.
Carol resides in University Park with her daughter and two dogs. When she is not working, Carol enjoys spending time with her sons and their families in Connecticut, Ohio, and Colorado.
