Bonita Guardian Home Watch of Bonita Springs, FL, earns accreditation from the NHWA!
Owner Maryanna Hoke moved to Bonita Springs in an active community at the end of 2015. She and her husband, Jim, moved from southwest Ohio, where they did a partial renovation of a 100-year-old home. They really got into renovations when they purchased a home in Florida, where every room needed to be updated. This is where their love for home renovations really kicked in. By the end of 2016, Maryanna and Jim had completely renovated their home. Unfortunately, in 2017 their home was flooded by Hurricane Irma and they had to totally rebuild and replace just about everything again. Doing all the work with help from a few friends, a lot more was learned in the home renovation process. Maryanna and Jim did everything themselves, from plumbing, drywall, insulation, and painting to vinyl plank installation.
Maryanna has a “Yes, we can!” attitude and will work to exceed your expectations on a regular basis. She has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Maryanna’s commitment to providing excellent service to her clients.
A little about the National Home Watch Association: The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (www.nationalhomewatchassociation.org).
