Bonita Guardian Home Watch of Bonita Springs, FL, earns third-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Maryanna Hoke

Greetings!

Bonita Guardian Home Watch of Bonita Springs, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.

Owner Maryanna Hoke moved to Bonita Springs in an active community at the end of 2015. She and her husband, Jim, moved from southwest Ohio, where they did a partial renovation of a 100-year-old home. They really got into renovations when they purchased a home in Florida, where every room needed to be updated. This is where their love for home renovations really kicked in. By the end of 2016, Maryanna and Jim had completely renovated their home. Unfortunately, in 2017, it was flooded by Hurricane Irma and they had to totally rebuild and replace just about everything again. Doing all the work with help from a few friends, a lot more was learned in the home renovation process. Maryanna and Jim did everything themselves, from plumbing, drywall, insulation, and painting to vinyl plank installation.

Maryanna has a “Yes, we can!” attitude and will work to exceed her clients’ expectations on a regular basis.

Bonita Guardian Home Watch serves Bonita Springs, Bonita Beach, North Naples, and Estero. You can reach Maryanna at (239) 682-8404 or at bonitaguardianhomewatch@outlook.com. Learn more at her website, www.bonitaguardianhomewatch.com.

Congratulations, Maryanna!

As always, I wish you

Much success,

Jack Luber
Executive Director
