Greetings and salutations!
Cardinal Management Group of Florida of Naples, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status in the NHWA for the fourth consecutive year. Cardinal has been performing Home Watch and maintenance services since 2001. They are bonded and insured, and they currently serve over 300 clients throughout Collier and Lee Counties.
Leading the success of the Client Services Department are Kayla Carter and Derek Soler.
Kayla joined the Cardinal team in 2009. In June of 2012, she took the helm of the Client Services Department and also oversees the day‐to‐day operations of the Cardinal Maintenance Department. The combination of management of both divisions allows Cardinal to manage all issues on behalf of their clients. Kayla also became a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) in the State of Florida in April, 2013, to increase her knowledge of the industry and operations.
Kayla’s colleague Derek Soler has been performing Home Watch inspections for Cardinal since 2012. He started his career with Cardinal working in the Maintenance Department. It was quickly evident that his initiative, attention to detail, and drive to provide outstanding customer service made him perfect for the role of Home Watch Technician. He consistently provides the best service for his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure their homes are safe and maintained.
Due to the overwhelming success of Cardinal’s Home Watch services, they have added personnel. One such addition is David Soler, their newest Home Watch Technician. He has been with Cardinal for some time, starting as an Administrative Assistant in the Community Management Division. David’s dedication, hard‐work, attention to detail, and desire to go above and beyond to assist and satisfy owners made him realize a hidden passion for Home Watch. Kayla, Derek, and David are professional and meticulous; they strive to exceed their clients’ expectations.
