Greetings!
Cardinal Management Group of Florida of Naples, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the seventh year.
Cardinal has been performing Home Watch and maintenance services since 2001. Leading the success of the Client Services Department are Jennifer Holoday, Derek Soler, and David Soler.
Jennifer joined the Cardinal team in 2016. In July of 2018, she took the helm of the Client Services Department. Jennifer also became a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) in the State of Florida in July of 2018 to increase her knowledge of the industry and operations.
Derek has been performing Home Watch inspections for Cardinal since 2012. He started his career with them working in the Maintenance Department. It was quickly evident that Derek’s initiative, attention to detail, and his drive to provide outstanding customer service made him perfect for the role of Home Watch Technician. He consistently provides the best service for his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure their homes are safe and maintained.
David is Cardinal’s newest Home Watch Technician. He has been with Cardinal for some time, starting as an Administrative Assistant in the Community Management Division. His dedication, hard work, attention to detail, and desire to go above and beyond to assist and satisfy homeowners made him realize a hidden passion for Home Watch.
Derek and David have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional. The CHWP designation shows their commitment to providing excellent service to their clients. We had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer at the NHWA’s 2019 North American Conference in May.
Jennifer, Derek, and David are professional and meticulous; they promise to meet their customers’ needs and exceed their expectations.
