Castle Concierge of Sarasota, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.
Owner Michelle Olivo is originally from Cleveland, Ohio; she moved to Sarasota in 2002. After college, Michelle spent her career in sales and marketing before becoming a full-time mom. She also owned and operated a full-time business for 15 years while “running” her family and being very involved in her children’s elementary school as the PTO President.
Known for her integrity, passion, and work ethic, Michelle prides herself on finding a way to make great things happen and “always finds the positive to keep her energy magnetic.”
Having an entrepreneurial spirit and an appreciation for networking, starting Castle Concierge came organically to Michelle. She has always been the one to take care of everyone and everything. Pleasing people and finding solutions that create happiness and peace are crucial to Michelle.
A warrior on many levels, Michelle’s claim to her “Wonder Woman” status is as a breast cancer survivor. Michelle is very involved as a volunteer, team leader, and committee chair in the Sarasota Manatee Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Campaign. Personally and professionally, her strength, faith, persistence, and love for her family led Michelle to know that her talents and experiences are a perfect fit for a Home Watch/luxury concierge service. Michelle says, “People business is the best business for a people person. It’s not work; it’s just being!”
Castle Concierge won First Place in the category of White Glove Service (Best Business Service) in Sarasota Magazine’s 2021 Readers’ Choice Awards.
Michelle has two adult children, Ariana and Dominic, as well as their family Maltipoo, Ollie.
