Greetings!
Coachella Valley Home Watch of Cathedral City, California, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Co-Owners Louis Moreto and David McComb moved from New Jersey to the Coachella Valley and started Coachella Valley Home Watch.
Lou is a 27-year veteran of the Manalapan Township, New Jersey, Police Department and retired as Chief of Police before moving to the Coachella Valley as a full-time resident. He quickly realized that there was a need for part-time residents and snowbirds to have trusted, reliable people to look after their desert homes.
David was born and raised in New Jersey. He ran a home-decorating store for 15 years before starting his own home-decorating business. He had a host of clients who depended upon him for home-decorating and handyman projects. David ran that for 10 years before retiring to the desert.
Lou and David now bring their combined experience and talents to Coachella Valley Home Watch.
Lou is also a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, earning his Certified Home Watch Professional designation as well.
Coachella Valley Home Watch serves Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Bermuda Dunes, and Indian Wells. You can reach them at (760) 205-2072 or at lmoreto@coachellavalleyhomewatch.com. Learn more at their website, www.coachellavalleyhomewatch.com.
Welcome, Lou and David!
As always, I wish you
Much success,
Jack
