Coachella Valley Home Watch of Cathedral City, CA, earns second-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director

Greetings!

Coachella Valley Home Watch of Cathedral City, California, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the second year.

Co-Owners Louis Moreto and David McComb moved from New Jersey to the Coachella Valley.

Lou is a 27-year veteran of the Manalapan Township, New Jersey, Police Department and retired as Chief of Police before moving to the Coachella Valley as a full-time resident. He quickly realized that there was a need for part-time residents and snowbirds to have trusted, reliable people to look after their desert homes.

David was born and raised in New Jersey. He ran a home-decorating store for 15 years before starting his own home-decorating business. He had a host of clients who depended upon him for home-decorating and handyman projects. David ran that business for 10 years before retiring to the desert.

Lou and David now bring their combined experience and talents to Coachella Valley Home Watch. Lou is also a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, earning his Certified Home Watch Professional designation as well. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Lou’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.

We got to meet Lou at the NHWA’s 2019 Conference in May, and I’ll be seeing him in a few weeks during my trip to California.
