Coachella Valley Home Watch of Cathedral City, California, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the sixth year.
Co-Owners Louis Moreto and David McComb moved from New Jersey to the Coachella Valley.
Louis is a 27-year veteran of the Manalapan Township, New Jersey, Police Department and retired as Chief of Police before moving to the Coachella Valley as a full-time resident. He quickly realized that there was a need for part-time residents and snowbirds to have trusted, reliable people to look after their desert homes.
David was born and raised in New Jersey. He ran a home-decorating store for 15 years before starting his own home-decorating business. He had a host of clients who depended on him for home-decorating and handyman projects. David ran that business for 10 years before retiring to the desert.
Louis and David bring their combined experience and talents to Coachella Valley Home Watch.
Louis is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which places him in the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Louis’s commitment to Home Watch excellence. Louis also sits on the NHWA’s Government Relations Committee and is the Chapter Lead for the NHWA’s West Chapter.
