Coachella Valley Home Watch of Cathedral City, CA, earns third-year accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director
Greetings!
Coachella Valley Home Watch of Cathedral City, California, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the third year.
Co-Owners Louis Moreto and David McComb moved from New Jersey to the Coachella Valley.
Lou is a 27-year veteran of the Manalapan Township, New Jersey, Police Department and retired as Chief of Police before moving to the Coachella Valley as a full-time resident. He quickly realized that there was a need for part-time residents and snowbirds to have trusted, reliable people to look after their desert homes.
David was born and raised in New Jersey. He ran a home-decorating store for 15 years before starting his own home-decorating business. He had a host of clients who depended upon him for home-decorating and handyman projects. David ran that business for 10 years before retiring to the desert.
Lou and David bring their combined experience and talents to Coachella Valley Home Watch.
Lou has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, making him one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Lou’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients. Lou also sits on the NHWA’s Government Relations Committee.
