Coastal Home Watch & Concierge of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owners Chris and Karen Uchacz live in Ocean Isle Beach with their three dogs, Bailey, Kirby, and Lulu. They love the people in the surrounding areas as well as the proximity to so many different beaches. As a result, they have fully and completely embraced the beach lifestyle while finding their forever home! Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Canada, Chris has spent the last 25 years working in college athletics. Karen grew up in Florida and has spent most of her career in sales and customer service. She currently works in the residential mortgage industry.
No strangers to owning and/or renting second homes, Chris and Karen have experienced and understand the type of stress and anxiety that comes with owning a second home. They established Coastal Home Watch & Concierge to help others manage the challenges that often come with effectively maintaining a second/rental home and property. Chris and Karen look forward to serving a variety of clients at the highest level. They seek to make their clients’ lives more relaxing by providing the services they wish were available to them several years ago.
