Coastal Sand Home Watch of Lakewood Ranch, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Carol Harper finds pleasure in helping people and brainstorming solutions. One of her daily goals has been to help someone every day in one way or another. Her favorite quote is, “Necessity is the mother of invention.”
When Carol and her husband, Troy, found Lakewood Ranch, they knew they had found their new home. Carol’s interest in Home Watch started after moving there. On the fourth night in their new home, she and Troy had the misfortune of experiencing flooding, one of the top issues in home disasters. As a result, they also had mold. Carol believes the benefits of life’s challenges are that they shape us, educate us, and bring about change to make us stronger and more capable of overcoming the next challenge. Through Coastal Sand Home Watch, she can pursue her passion of helping people and bringing her acquired knowledge and wisdom, as well as her strengths: an eye for detail, knowledge of what to look for, how to remedy home situations, and a high level of commitment and dedication to solutions.
Carol has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, making her one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Carol’s commitment to providing excellent service to her clients.
Carol and Troy’s favorite pastimes are playing golf, spending time at the beach, pool-siding with cocktails, and enjoying Florida’s beautiful weather and amazing sunsets.
