Condo Watch of Fort Lauderdale, FL, earns Accredited Member status from the NHWA!
Owners David and Inci Magden moved from Cleveland, Ohio, in 2013 to beautiful Fort Lauderdale to get away from the cold winters and live the tropical life full time. Once settled in their new home, other residents of their condominium building suggested that they run for the board of their condo association. David served on the board as the Treasurer and then the President, for four years, learning the aspects of the systems of the building, maintenance, and condo rules and laws.
Before moving to Florida, David owned an international shipping and logistics business with many IATA, TSA, and government security clearances. Prior to this, he owned an automobile parts business that imported and exported parts all over the world, as well as domestically.
Inci is originally from Turkey, where she worked for airlines for her entire working career; she had the highest security clearances. Inci worked for many years for British Airways and El-Al Airlines, working with passengers and air freight.
David and Inci take pride in the same ethics (hard work, honesty, attention to detail and communication) that are key to their daily personal lives as well as in business. They started Condo Watch. because many owners in their building trusted them to watch their units while they were away. David says, “We listened to our neighbors’ recommendations and started Condo Watch, Inc.”
I was pleased to meet David and Inci on my Florida Tour last January, when they were brand-new to the NHWA.
