Randy Klotzman
Prestige Home Watch Services of Delray Beach, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.
Owner Randy Klotzman grew up in the real estate world. He spent a number of summers working for his father, learning all about carpentry, roofing, and plumbing. Randy says, “I wasn’t the quickest of learners, but I made darn sure that I was the dirtiest one, because that was my way of saying I was a hard worker.”
Randy graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he finished with a major in Business and a minor in Journalism. After college, he decided to experience a taste of his heritage in Israel, studying at a number of Israeli institutions. Randy then married his wife, Anat, and they moved back to the U.S. in 1988. He got his realtor’s license and started working as a property manager. Randy worked for his father and alongside his brother, maintaining apartment buildings and the maintenance crew. The company grew from 250 units to well over 1,000 residential units, including commercial properties. Randy did his own side renovation projects, both residential and commercial.
In 2016, Randy and Anat followed their youngest daughter to Florida Atlantic University; Randy went to school, got his Community Association Management license, and shortly after managed a condo community in Lauderhill, Florida.
Randy was very aware of the Home Watch industry, mostly from friends who started watching a neighbor’s home and used it as extra income. Randy felt he needed to learn more about the business. He found the NHWA’s website and was impressed. Randy wants to present his clients with the very best and most trustworthy brand of Home Watch in the country. With his many years of experience and connections to a wide variety of vetted contractors, he feels he will bring a lot to every homeowner he connects with.
Randy and Anat were married on Anat’s Kibbutz in Israel in 1986. They have three daughters, Deena, Barak, and Golan. In his spare time, Randy loves playing with his Bernedoodle puppy. He is also an author of children’s books and monthly articles for his community.
