Hawks HomeWatch of Colorado Springs, Colorado, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.
Partner Ron James has been in property management for five years and has more than 18 years’ experience consulting in backup/disaster recovery. He has an MBA from the Sellinger School of Business, Loyola University – Baltimore, Maryland, and a bachelor’s degree in Management from Colorado State University – Ft. Collins. After the Waldo Canyon Fire on June 23, 2012, Ron acted as his own builder, rebuilding his home in the Mountain Shadows Community.
Ron has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, placing him among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows his commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.
Partner Theresa Sutherland has been a licensed real estate broker for six years and is the managing partner for her realty and property management company. In addition, Theresa has been in property management for 17 years and third-party utility billing for 11 years. Theresa has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kaplan University and a master’s degree from Colorado Technical University, with an emphasis on project management.
