Airdrie Home Watch Services of Airdrie, Alberta, Canada, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fourth year.

Bill and Ryan Young are father and son, and Tracy Kennett is Bill’s wife. Bill and Ryan saw the need for unoccupied properties to be monitored by a good Home Watch service, so they established Airdrie Home Watch Services in 2020. All three of them have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, placing them among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows their commitment to providing excellent Home Watch service to their clients.

The founder of the company, Bill has over 36 years of experience in law enforcement, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise in home security. After retiring from his successful career, he became a licensed Private Investigator and Security Professional in both Alberta and British Columbia.

Living in the rapidly expanding City of Airdrie, Bill has been committed to providing trustworthy and personalized Home Watch services to his clients. Since opening, Bill and his team have become the preferred choice for homeowners seeking the highest quality and most reliable care for their property while they’re away.

Tracy is a highly respected professional with an impressive skillset perfectly suited to the demands of Home Watch. With a 28-year career as a police officer in Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, she brings a wealth of experience in investigative work and supervision. Upon retiring from the police force, Tracy returned to college and earned a diploma in Sport & Fitness Leadership. She then pursued further educational opportunities and became a certified trainer for Persons with Parkinson’s Disease as well as those who had had strokes. She is also a certified golf fitness instructor.

Ryan was involved when Airdrie Home Watch Services began, but the call of the skies was too much for him to pass up and he returned to his first love, flying. However, Ryan is still active in the company and can be counted on to do the occasional check.

Airdrie Home Watch Services serves Airdrie and surrounding Rockyview County, as well as Crossfield and Carstairs. You can reach them at (587) 999-2424 or at bill@airdriehomewatch.com. Learn more from their website, at www.airdriehomewatch.com.

Congratulations, Bill, Ryan, and Tracy!

As always, I wish you

Much success,
