Congratulations to Berkshire Homewatch of Lenox, MA, on their third-year accreditation!

John Simons

Berkshire Homewatch of Lenox, Massachusetts, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.

Owner John Simons is a native New Yorker who moved to Lenox in December of 2019. He has been visiting the Berkshires for almost eight years, since his wife, Andrea Pignatelli, was born and raised there. It is from their time visiting Andrea’s family that they decided to make this their permanent residence.

John has been working in the Berkshires, doing property management for the last four years. During this time, he discovered an immense need for second homeowners to have their properties looked after while they are away. Forming Berkshire Homewatch to assist in their needs seemed like a natural fit.

John has a wide range of experience in the real estate industry, starting out as a sales agent in Manhattan. After forging many business relationships, John was afforded the opportunity to work with the New York City Housing Development Company in their Asset Management Division. After working for NYCHDC for almost 10 years, John went to work in the private sector, where he received most of his experience managing high-end, Class A properties with Brown Harris Stevens. John’s experience in conducting project management for some of the most expensive properties in the world ensures that his clients’ properties are cared for.

John also serves as a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Zoning Board of Appeals in Lenox.

John and Andrea have a daughter, Charlotte.

Berkshire Homewatch serves all of Berkshire County, including Pittsfield, Stockbridge, West Stockbridge, Lenox, Great Barrington, Alford, Becket, Lee, Monterey, Richmond, Sheffield, Otis, Lanesborough, New Marlborough, and Williamstown. Congratulations, John!

As always, I wish you

Much success,
