Buncombe Home Watch Services of Asheville, North Carolina, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fourth year.
Except for his time in the U.S. Air Force, owner Lee Bailey, a local to Asheville, has had the privilege of living his whole life in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. He was introduced to Home Watch services by his mentor, who performed home checks in the area before permanently moving to Florida himself. Lee has always loved real estate and has an ardor for service. He found Home Watch as a second career after a successful early retirement from operations management at a Fortune 200 corporation.
Lee is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which places him into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Lee’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
Lee enjoys Home Watch because he’s out in the fresh air and able to enjoy the charming towns of the Western North Carolina mountains. He likes helping people and taking care of their properties.
