Jim Yaeger

ENC Home Watch of Minnesott Beach, North Carolina, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.

Originally hailing from New York, Jim Yaeger has called Eastern North Carolina home since 2012. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep love of the outdoors, Jim is dedicated to introducing ENC Home Watch to the region, offering unparalleled care and service to homeowners.

Jim started ENC Home Watch and joined the NHWA so he could help people have peace of mind when they are away from their expensive investments. He says the NHWA offers the complete package in order to accomplish this protection. Jim takes this responsibility seriously.

Jim’s commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond his professional endeavors. As a dedicated volunteer for 8 Days of Hope, he actively seeks opportunities to give back to his community and beyond. His background in running a successful painting business has equipped him with creativity and resilience. When not working or volunteering, Jim can be found enjoying the great outdoors, whether fishing, hunting, or playing pickleball. His passion for travel has broadened his perspectives and enriched his experiences, further fueling his dedication to serving others. For Jim, family is the cornerstone of his life. With four children, twelve grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, his family brings endless joy and inspiration.
