Home Watch of Monmouth, of Toms River, New Jersey, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fourth year.
Born and raised in Sea Girt, co-owner Marc Saeger has serviced the Monmouth and Ocean Counties community for over 15 years as a handyman/home improvement contractor. He added Home Watch services to his repertoire in 2020. Marc’s mission is to provide his customers with the highest quality service, with a person they can trust. Marc has run the residential services division of his commercial cleaning business, focusing on detailed customer service and quality assurance. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Management at the University of South Carolina. For over 25 years, Marc had a successful pharmaceutical sales/management career. His love of the Shore and its communities is obvious. Marc spent countless hours volunteering relief for Superstorm Sandy victims.
Co-owner Lisa Micciola earned her Bachelors of Nursing and Masters of Nursing degrees from Wagner College. She had a long, successful nursing career, including open-heart, critical-care, and pharmaceutical work. She was also a professor of nursing at the College of Staten Island. Lisa’s nursing career allowed her to develop attention to the smallest details. She was the managing director for the commercial cleaning company that she and Marc started more than 10 years ago, servicing a large customer base in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Lisa and Marc grew the business by providing unparalleled quality and exceeding customer expectations. Lisa is passionate about the Shore community and wishes to never leave.
