Holly and Bruce Henry
Integrity 1st Home Watch of North Port, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.
Owners Holly and Bruce Henry have spent 21 years combined in the real estate industry, in every facet of listing and selling property for their clients, as well as representing their clients while they are building their new homes. Bruce’s background prior to real estate was with one of the largest printing companies in the nation. He started with them as a journeyman electrician and troubleshooter for nine years and then moved into customer service, working with large publishing companies; that provided a firm understanding of customer expectations. Bruce’s technical experience as a troubleshooter and in-depth knowledge of customer expectations afforded him the opportunity to run the Quality Department at their South Daytona plant.
Holly’s background prior to real estate was one of an entrepreneurial nature. She has owned several businesses, including residential and commercial cleaning, a full-service hair salon, a day spa, and a travel agency. All of these businesses had many employees. Holly has an in-depth sales background as well. For 20 years, she covered four states as an independent manufacturer’s representative, working with technical education for a major manufacturer.
Holly and Bruce became very interested in the Home Watch industry because they live and work in an area where many second homeowners request their help to watch over their homes when they are away. Holly and Bruce are a trusted source for their clients and are all about integrity.
Holly is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which puts her into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Holly’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
Holly attended Jacksonville University, and Bruce received a technical education and attended Western Kentucky University. They have been married for 23 years and enjoy playing golf and tennis, walking, cycling, and basically anything outdoors.
