Lila and Merlin Miller
Miller’s Home Watch & Services of Sarasota, FL, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Husband-and-wife team Merlin and Lila Miller moved to Sarasota from Northern Indiana in 2019 to be closer to friends and family.
Merlin is the head of the operations at Miller’s Home Watch & Services. With more than two decades of work experience in management, leadership, and public relations positions, Merlin is well-versed in what it takes to provide premium services to his clients. Merlin also has ample experience in the construction industry and works with contractors on a daily basis.
While Merlin is the head of operations, Miller’s Home Watch & Services would be nothing without the guiding hand of Lila Miller. During her time in Indiana, Lila worked in the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collections office for Miller’s Corp., a leading contractor and builder in Northern Indiana. Lila’s time in these positions has given her the skills and expertise necessary to handle the business end of Miller’s Home Watch & Services.
Merlin and Lila first got into the Home Watch business by taking care of properties for friends and family. After numerous compliments and recommendations, they decided to offer their services at a professional level. Being born and raised in the Amish community, the Millers know what it takes to do things the right way, and their clients can rest assured that their homes are in good hands when the Millers are watching over them.
