Riggs Request of Lake Ozark, Missouri, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.

Kristen and Phil Riggs, Founders and Managing Partners, visited Lake of the Ozarks from downtown Chicago in March of 2020 to spend two weeks at their favorite lake destination. At the time, Kristen was a meeting planner, producing multi-million-dollar trade shows and conferences. Phil is currently a director at an international trade association and previously served in the U.S. Navy.

The charm of the lake soon brought Kristen and Phil to live there full-time in the spring of 2020. Since they have three decades of lake memories on waterways across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Missouri, it was an easy choice. Soon after they settled into their new home, Kristen and Phil saw how many unoccupied lake homes there were in the off-season. They learned from business owners, neighbors, and other community members about the damage that many homes incurred due to severe weather conditions—damage that might have been mitigated or avoided with a professional Home Watch provider.

Riggs Request believes Lake of the Ozarks homeowners deserve Home Watch options with legitimate business practices and reputable service. The company has been reviewed by Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau, and all company principals have passed background checks. Riggs Request helps homeowners prepare for the off-season and helps them simplify their lake life during the season. Personal home managers, Phil and Kristen work with homeowners across the lake area to provide them with a custom Home Watch plan and offer a variety of concierge services. Kristen and Phil personally conduct scheduled visits to homes on a routine basis, where they report on any obvious issues, including recommendations for necessary maintenance. Each Home Watch visit consists of a 45-point inspection that is customized to each home and concludes with a report to the homeowners with photos and notes on the condition of the property. Kristen and Phil strive to be advocates for the homeowner, and their mission is for their clients to maximize their memories while they are here and give the homeowners peace of mind when they’re not.

Riggs Request is the Lake of the Ozarks’ premier Home Watch and concierge services provider. They are the only Home Watch provider at the lake accredited by the National Home Watch Association.

Riggs Request provides Home Watch and concierge services to homeowners in Sunrise Beach, Village of Four Seasons, Lake Ozark, and Osage Beach. They can be reached at (573) 873-6004 or kristen@riggsrequest.com. Learn more from their website, at www.riggsrequest.com.

Congratulations, Kristen and Phil!

As always, I wish you

Much success,

Jack Luber
