The Opal Group of Lake Worth, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.
Owners Shari Lynn Kramer and Victoria DeSilvio teamed up to form The Opal Group, a life management company and a local, woman-owned and -operated Lifestyle Concierge & Home Management business.
Shari Lynn brings a wealth of experience, including 35 years as a respected magazine writer/editor and the owner of the “go-to” special events PR, marketing, and branding agency, which led her to event planning. She’s spoken all over the world, lecturing on communication, best branding, and client relations best practices.
Shari Lynn graduated from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She is a published author who has travelled and worked closely with celebrities, musicians, fashion designers, restaurateurs, and high-net-worth individuals while writing for numerous prestigious Manhattan- and Miami-based magazines.
Shari Lynn is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which puts her into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Shari Lynn’s commitment to Home Watch excellence. She is also the Chapter Lead for the NHWA’s Southeast Florida Chapter
Victoria is an award-winning planner whose background is rich with planning corporate and special events for celebrities and high-visibility clientele. She has executed outstanding events worldwide for decades, working with music legends such as Donna Summer, Dolly Parton, Brad Paisley, and many other notables. Victoria was responsible for successfully producing Top Rank Boxing, Miss America, Country Music Awards, and events for RCA, HBO, and HSN, to name just a few.
Victoria also has a passion for volunteering, which spans numerous charitable organizations.
