Vacation Home Watch Services of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fourth year.
When Owner Tim Dailey first discovered the Emerald Coast as a young Army Officer in 1996, he knew that he had found his home. He had grown up in Baltimore with a love and appreciation for the magic of vacation time at the beach: the sun, sand, seafood, and good times shared with family and friends.
After graduating from Xavier University and serving as a Captain in the U.S. Army, Tim returned to the Florida Panhandle for a successful career in medical sales. Between being responsible for $45+ million dollars’ worth of equipment in the Army and managing high-value, confidential relationships in the highly regulated healthcare industry, Tim built his reputation on consistently delivering results and exceeding the highest expectations.
Tim founded Vacation Home Watch Services after being an absentee landlord and hearing horror stories about damage to unoccupied homes—expensive and time-consuming, preventable nightmares. Seeing the need for a professional, insured, and bonded service, Tim knew that he could provide peace of mind to property owners with the proven professionalism that he’s honed throughout his life and career: Honesty, dedication, hard work, and accountability are his strengths.
